When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link where you can track your order.
If the order is sent from our foreign department store, you may also have to pay an import fee. Any import & customs fees are paid by the customer when the customer makes a private import. Ståltrimmern cannot regulate or be responsible for these costs.

RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package. Fill in the return form and send it to Kontakt@staltrimmern.com to receive a return slip.
Return shipping 5€.
The completed return form must always be sent together with the product. Refunds are made within 14 days. If you have shopped via Klarna, you can report a return and pause the payment while the return is being processed.
Items returned in undamaged condition will be refunded at their full value. If the item has been handled to such an extent that it has decreased in value, a deduction is made from the refund to the extent that the item is considered to have decreased in value.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE
What happens if you don't pick up the package at the agent?
Your package normally remains with the agent for 7 days after it arrives. If you do not pick up your package, it risks being sent back to the post office in Malmö where it needs to be resent or destroyed.
The package will then be registered as "not collected" and we will charge you a fee of 10€. The remaining order value will be refunded to you in the same way as you paid when purchasing. If you changed your mind after ordering , you must receive the package and then return it to avoid it being registered as "not collected".
