Shipping policy

Free Shipping - Delivery time 1-3 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

If your order is shipped from our foreign warehouse, you may also be required to pay an import fee. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when making a private import. Beredskapskompaniet cannot regulate or be held responsible for these charges.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your package. Please fill out the return form and send it to Kontakt@beredskapskompaniet.com to receive a return label. Return shipping fee: 5€.

The filled-out return form must always be sent together with the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. If you made your purchase via Klarna, you can report the return and pause the payment during the return process.

Items returned in undamaged condition will be refunded at their full value. If an item has been handled to an extent that diminishes its value, a deduction will be made from the refund to the extent that the item is considered to have decreased in value.
