Does the Steel Trimmer fit your machine?
Search for your make and model. The manual will show if your machine has a center hole. 25mm (fits), 20mm (fits with our spacer), fits but the machine is undersized, or cannot mount blades at all.
Do not confuse center holes and rigging tubes
Center hole is the hole in the center of the blade — 25 mm (25.4 mm / 1″) or 20 mm. It is this measurement that determines whether the product fits.
Rig tube/rod diameter in the machine specifications (e.g. 24, 26 or 28 mm) refers to the diameter of the shaft tube and is a completely different measurement — it does not say anything about which blade will fit. Always check the machine manual to see if the blade is approved for your model.
About the deviant categories
Category 3 (suitable but undersized machine): The machine can physically mount a blade or weed brush, but it is not dimensioned for this product. We cannot take responsibility for the machine and disclaim all liability when using it. It is important to drive carefully: low speed, short passes, light pressure and pauses to allow the machine to cool.
Category 4 (thread holder only): Here are only machines that do not have a gearbox with a lockable shaft — a bent shaft with a flex shaft or a motor at the trimmer head with a threaded spindle. Blades and brushes can never be mounted. A machine that can mount the accessory but is only too weak belongs in category 3 instead.
Basis: The lists are checked against manufacturers' accessory and spare parts pages and aftermarket compatibility lists, but we have not been able to review each individual instruction manual — the manual is for guidance only.
Own blade attachment: Some cordless machines (e.g. EGO, Bosch, Worx, Greenworks) have their own blade mount instead of standard holes. However, several of them will fit our weed brushes together with our included mounting kit — they are marked in list 1. Always check the product page or contact us.
