Returns & Cancellation Policy

• You have 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods.

• To return, please fill out the return form and send it to kontakt@staltrimmern.comYou will then receive a return slip.

• Returns are sent to our Swedish returns warehouse.

• Return shipping cost: SEK 70, which will be deducted from the refund.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

• If the item has been handled in a way that has reduced its value, a deduction may be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value.

• Refund will be made within 14 working days (Monday–Friday) from the time we receive your return.

• If you have paid via Klarna, you can report a return in the Klarna app to pause the payment while the return is being processed.

Package not collected

• Packages are normally left with the agent in 7 days.

• If it is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse.

• Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 100 SEK to cover handling costs.

• The remaining order value will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

• If you change your mind after ordering, you need to pick up the package and then return it to avoid the fee.
